Vox Stories collection of interactive stories (hereinafter referred to as the Application) is a system managed by Voxter S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Voxter").
This Agreement on the terms of use of the application (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules" or "Agreement") applies to any use of the Application and to any text and voice messages, emails, any posted information using the Application (hereinafter referred to as "Messages").
By using the Application, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and that you have the right to accept these Rules.
By using the Application, you agree to these Terms and accept their terms.
If you do not accept these Rules, you cannot use the Application and should not leave Messages in the Application.
Voxter may make changes to these Rules at any time and these changes will take effect immediately after posting at https://voxter.club/terms .
By using the Application, you confirm that you have the necessary equipment, software and the ability to use the Application, a registered mobile phone number and Internet access. You understand and agree that Voxter is not responsible for how the Application will work with your system.
By using the Application, you confirm that you are not a member of terrorist organizations and do not reside in a country that supports terrorist organizations.
By using the Application, you agree that Apple, as well as its divisions and subsidiaries, are a third party to this agreement, and if you accept it, Apple gets the right to force Voxter and you to comply with the provisions of this Agreement.

You may not transfer your right to use the Application to other persons without the prior written consent of Voxter.
Accordingly, you undertake not to:
use your access to the Application or information obtained in the Application to send unsolicited text and voice messages, emails, etc.;
use the Application to distribute Voxter-disapproved advertising or illegal propaganda;
record and make publicly available (including, but not excluding posts, comments on posts, audio greetings in Dating) orgasm simulation, moans and other vox simulating or reproducing sexual acts;
pronounce user IDs when recording an audio greeting in the Dating section.
You agree not to use software designed to automate the communication process when using the Application, as well as other software not approved by Voxter, with the exception of official applications in Google Play and App Store stores.

1.All rights software, design, databases, patents and any rights to inventions, know-how, trade names, trade secrets, trademarks and designations of goods and services (both registered and unregistered) and any parts thereof (hereinafter referred to as "Intellectual Property Rights") posted in the Appendix, belong to Voxter or are used by Voxter on the basis of agreements with copyright holders, unless otherwise specified. All these rights are reserved for Voxter.

2. You do not have the right and undertake not to:
hack or attempt to hack, distribute, modify the Application or its parts, as well as the information contained in the Application for any purpose other than those provided by the Rules;
to use these intellectual property objects for public or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Voxter;
post links to other resources in the Application without Voxter's prior written consent;
to display, publish, copy, reproduce, print or otherwise use the Application or the information contained therein for the benefit of third parties or on other sites without the prior written consent of Voxter;
process or otherwise use the information contained in the Application for illegal, immoral or dishonest purposes;
remove any signs of Intellectual Property Rights contained in the materials in the Application.
3.You grant Voxter, free of charge, a non-exclusive right (a simple non-exclusive license) to reproduce, distribute, translate and redo, as well as to communicate materials added by you to the Application or transmitted to Voxter in any other way, by cable, wire or other similar means, in such a way that any person can have access to it in in an interactive mode from any place and at any time of your choice (the right to make it publicly available), and also give your consent to the publication and further use of your image in the event, if it is contained in materials that you have added to the Application or otherwise transmitted to Voxter.

Voxter provides entertainment and information services and, as a result, is engaged in transmitting, storing, processing, translating and other actions with third-party messages without selecting them or changing their content.
You agree that Voxter is not obliged to check the content of Messages in the Application and all Messages are posted in the Application, provided that Voxter is not obliged to monitor or evaluate them or the materials included in them.
The opinions expressed in the Messages are the opinions of their authors, not Voxter, unless Voxter declares otherwise. In particular, but not limited to, Voxter is not responsible for any comments, points of view or observations expressed in the Messages.
Voxter does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability and reliability of the information and materials contained in the Messages or in the Application, and is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of such materials.
If you are dissatisfied with the content of the Messages or the Application, contact Voxter.
Voxter has the right to delete in whole or in part, as well as edit Messages at its discretion.
Voxter has the right to use user information, as well as materials published by you in the Application and publicly available, in particular, for the development of advertising materials and for other purposes.
You agree that you will not use the Application in this way or post or transmit through the Application statements, materials and Messages that:
are illegal and may entail civil, criminal or administrative liability;
violates the rights of third parties to intellectual property;
contain malicious objects such as computer viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious programs or data;
are or may be interpreted as offensive, pornographic, aggressive, defamatory, discriminatory, inciting violence, obscene, hateful or racist;
support any illegal actions, including, but not exclusively, terrorism, harassment, gambling or the sale of prescription medications, weapons or drugs;
are addressed to persons under the age of 18, or have the purpose of organizing a meeting with persons under the age of 18 with the intention of seducing them, or may entail such a meeting;
contain any prohibited materials, including, but not limited to, passwords, medical information, classified government or military information, or confidential information about any persons;
damages the reputation of the Application or Voxter or justifies, encourages, supports or provokes the above.
You agree to protect Voxter from liability resulting from your use of Voxter services and your Communications.

Within the Application and affiliated groups in social networks and messengers (https://t.me/vox_chat , https://t.me/vox_flood ), Voxter welcomes any opinions, any ideas, any talents. The administration's opinion on the quality and usefulness of the content is of equal importance with the opinions of the users of the Application, therefore there is no censorship that does not contradict the current Agreement, and moderation is present only to resolve extreme cases.
The following is prohibited:
Be introduced or reincarnated (by replacing the avatar, name, login mimicry, etc.) by an administrator / moderator /Voxter employee, if the User is not one.
Offend users, administration, Application, Voxter. Example: "you are an insult-". Hidden insults "my interlocutor is an insult-" are regarded as direct.
Discuss blocking, bans and other disciplinary actions of the Administration. The one who is punished can always personally appeal and challenge the punishment with the Administration.
