Some Voxter services, programs and products (“Voxter Products”) may require registration or the provision of personal information to Voxter. Registration may be required to access some site features or participate in promotions. The privacy policy explains how such information is used. Please read these Privacy Terms carefully and ask questions if necessary.

Voxter's technical partner is VKontakte LLC (OGRN 1079847035179) (here in after referred to as the Technical Partner).

These Terms of confidentiality of personal information (hereinafter referred to as the Terms of confidentiality) govern the relationship between Voxter and any individual, individual entrepreneur, legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the User) regarding the processing of the User's personal information (Clause 3, Article 3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”), including, among other things, the collection, use, preservation and security of information provided by the User and / or collected from the User. These Privacy Terms apply to all information that Voxter and/or its affiliates or other authorized persons acting on Voxter's behalf may obtain about the User while using any of the Voxter Products.

Please note: Your use of the Voxter Products constitutes your full acceptance of all the provisions of these Privacy Terms and the terms of processing of your personal information specified therein. If you do not agree to unconditionally accept all the provisions of these Privacy Terms, you may not use the Voxter Products and must remove all of their components from your computer (computer).

You acknowledge that the consent to the provision of personal information by you in accordance with these Privacy Terms in connection with a relationship with a member of the Voxter Group applies to all persons of the Voxter Group.
1. Personal information collected and processed by Voxter
For the purposes of these Privacy Terms, personal information means:
Information (including, but not limited to, personal data) that the User independently provides to Voxter when performing actions aimed at registering Voxter Products (including activation) or as part of their use (including creating an account, accessing to support). Information is provided by the User filling out the relevant forms, while the amount of information provided when filling out the optional fields of these forms is determined by the User independently.

Information obtained automatically when the User uses the Voxter Products, incl. from cookies (when materials of Voxter websites are loaded, information about the User's system is automatically checked; when using communication tools by the User, the materials and messages that he sent and received may be saved, while Voxter reserves the right to check the content of the User's communication on its websites) .

Other information about the User that Voxter collects solely for the purposes specified in Section 2 of these Privacy Terms.
2. Purposes of collecting and processing personal information of users
The collection, storage and processing of the information specified in section 1 of these Confidentiality Terms is carried out exclusively for the following specific purposes:
To identify the User when using the Voxter Products;
— To personalize the recording of visits (including for the purpose of providing personalized services to the User) and to record the User’s actions, Voxter uses Cookies.
— To interact with the User within the framework of contracts or agreements concluded with Voxter User.
— To improve the quality of service by conducting surveys and interviews with User.
3. Conditions for processing the user's personal information and its transfer to third parties
Storage (including modification and deletion) of Users' personal information is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of specific Voxter Products, their technical documentation, as well as the License Agreement for their use.

By using the Voxter Products, the User agrees and instructs Voxter to transfer their personal data to the Technical Partner for the purpose of fulfilling Voxter's obligations to provide access to the Voxter Products.

Disclosure of personal information to third parties is carried out in the following cases when:
The User has expressed his consent to such disclosure in advance.

The transfer is necessary for the execution of an agreement to which the User is a party or beneficiary or guarantor, as well as to conclude an agreement on the initiative of the User or an agreement under which the User will be the beneficiary or guarantor.

The transfer is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Voxter or third parties in cases where the User violates Voxter's copyrights and / or the relevant License Agreement.

The transfer is necessary for the administration of justice, the execution of a judicial act, an act of another body or official subject to execution in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings or in other cases provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

When processing personal data of users, Voxter is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".

4. Limitations of Liability
Voxter does not initiate the placement of personal information when using Voxter Products, does not control its accuracy and relevance, however, Voxter reserves the right to require confirmation of the accuracy of the information submitted to it by the User.

When placing (providing to Voxter) personal information of third parties, the User guarantees that he has received all the necessary permissions and consents for these actions, and also guarantees the full and unconditional consent of these persons with all the provisions of these Privacy Terms.

Voxter cannot maintain the confidentiality of the User's personal information, public access to which is provided by the User himself due to the functional purposes of the corresponding Voxter Product; The User agrees that when using such Products, a certain part of his personal information becomes available to an unlimited number of people.
5. Protection of personal information
Voxter takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures that they are taken to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal information, including:
Uses HTTPS encryption in Voxter Products.
Protects authorized sessions.
Constantly improves methods of collecting, storing and processing data.
6. Deletion of personal data
To delete personal information, the User can contact the e-mail address help@voxter.club with the subject of the letter "Delete personal data", indicating his identifier inside the Vox application.
7. Final provisions
These Privacy Terms may be changed by Voxter unilaterally by posting their new version on the Internet at https://Voxter.club/privacy/.
