1. You may not transfer your right to use the App to others without the prior written consent of Voxter.
2. Accordingly, You agree not to:

• use your access to the Application or the information obtained in the Application to send unsolicited text and voice messages, emails, etc.;
• use the Application to distribute advertising or illegal propaganda that is not approved by Voxter;
• record and post to the public (including, but not excluding posts, comments on posts, audio greetings in Dating) orgasm simulation, moans and other voxes that imitate or reproduce sexual acts;
• speak user IDs when recording an audio greeting in the Dating section.

3.You agree not to use any software designed to automate the communication process or any other software that is not approved by Voxter, except for official applications in the Google Play and App Store stores.

1. All rights software, design, databases, patents and any rights to inventions, know-how, trade names, trade secrets, trademarks and designations of goods and services (both registered and unregistered) and any parts thereof (hereinafter referred to as "Intellectual property rights") posted in the Application belong to Voxter or are used by Voxter based on agreements with the copyright holders unless otherwise specified. All these rights are reserved for Voxter.
2. You do not have the right and agree not to:

• hack or attempt to hack, distribute, modify the Application or its parts, as well as the information contained in the Application for any purpose but those provided in the Rules;
• use these intellectual property items for public or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Voxter;
• post links to other resources in the App without Voxter's prior written consent;
• display, publish, copy, reproduce, print, or otherwise use the app or the information contained in It for the benefit of third parties or on other sites without the prior written consent of Voxter;
• process or otherwise use the information contained in the App for illegal, immoral, or dishonest purposes;
• remove any signs of intellectual property rights contained in the materials in the App.

3.You grant Voxter a non-exclusive right (a simple non-exclusive license) to reproduce, distribute, translate, modify, and report materials that You have added to the App or otherwise transmitted to Voxter via cable, wire, or other similar means, in such a way that any person can access it interactively from any place and at any time of their choice (the right to make it publicly available), and you consent to the publication and further use of your image if it is contained in materials that You added to the App or otherwise transmitted to the Voxter.

1. Voxter provides entertainment and information services and as a result is engaged in transmitting, storing, processing, translating, and other actions with third-party messages without selecting them or changing their content.
2. You agree that Voxter is not obligated to check the content of Messages in the App and all Messages are posted in the App on the condition that Voxter is not obligated to monitor or evaluate them or the materials included in them.
3. The opinions expressed in Messages are the opinions of their authors, not of Voxter, unless the Voxter States otherwise. In particular, but not limited by this, Voxter is not responsible for any comments, points of view, or comments expressed in the Messages.
4. Voxter does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information and materials contained in the Messages or the App and is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of the usage of such materials.
5. If you are unhappy with the content of Messages or Application, contact Voxter.
6. Voxter has the right to delete all or part of the messages, as well as edit them at its discretion.
7. Voxter has the right to use information about users, as well as materials published by You in the Application and the public domain, in particular, for the development of advertising materials and other purposes.
8. You agree that you will not use the App in this way or post or transmit through the App statements, materials, or Messages that:

• are illegal and may result in civil, criminal, or administrative liability;
• violates the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• contains anything technically harmful such as computer viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious software or harmful data;
• are or may be interpreted as offensive, pornographic, aggressive, defamatory, discriminatory, inciting violence, obscene, hateful, or racist;
• support any illegal activity, including, but not limited to, terrorism, harassment, gambling, or the sale of prescription medications, weapons, or drugs;
• they are addressed to persons under the age of 18, or have the purpose of organizing a meeting with persons under the age of 18, intending to seduce them, or may lead to such a meeting;
• contain any prohibited material, including, but not limited to, passwords, medical information, classified government or military information, or confidential information about any person;
• causes damage to the reputation of the Application or Voxter or justifies, promotes, supports, or triggers the above.

9.You agree to protect Voxter from liability resulting from Your use of the Voxter services and your Messages.

Within the App and its affiliated groups in social networks and messengers (https://t.me/vox_chat, https://t.me/vox_flood), Voxter welcomes all opinions, ideas and talents. Administration's opinion about quality and usefulness of content has the same weight as that of the App's users', thus censorship, not contrary to the current Agreement, is absent, and moderation is present only for some edge cases.
Still, it is forbidden to:

1. Introduce yourself or impersonate (by the means of changing one's avatar, name, login mimic, etc.) as an administrator/moderator/employee of Voxter if you are actually not.
2. Insult other users, administrator, Application, Voxter. For example: "you are -insult-". Indirect or hidden insults like "my interlocutor is -insult-", are still considered as insults.
3. Publicly discuss blocking, bans and other disciplinary actions by Administration. Those who are published can always address Administration directly and clarify/object the punishment.
4. Insult towards races/nationalities/genders and everything else mentioned in p.8, block Messages of this Agreement.
5. Intimidate, bully or propose acts of bullying and/or violence. Every user has a right for an opinion that does not contradict this Agreement.
6. Obscene language is not welcome, but is not strictly prohibited by Voxter. For example: User can use some obscene language to create deeper emotional coloring. But if User's content is overloaded with obscene language (User is just showing his obscene language off) then the Administration will look on these actions as provocative and as a violation of Application's culture, thus the Administration will have a right to remove such content, issue a warning, and if the situation repeats - block such User.

You use the App solely at your own risk. A well-known risk of using the Internet is that people may not be who they say they are. Users must be over 18 years of age, but people may provide false, unreliable, or illegal information, behave inappropriately, or violate the law. Voxter cannot verify the veracity of other users ' statements. In matters of communication, only You can make decisions on your own, and Voxter recommends you to exercise some caution. By using the App and its services, You agree to this and accept the risks described above. Voxter asks users to be especially careful about sharing personal data with other users, such as your last name, address, phone number, email address, place of work, and places You visit.

1. When you register in the App, Voxter may ask You to provide some information, and You can provide it. Voxter can also store data about what services users of the App are interested in, as well as about traffic and usage of the App. This information can be used to:

• process your Messages and enable You to use the App and services;
• provide you with timely, efficient, and reliable services;
• counteract fraud;
• create and maintain Your account;
• conduct prize draws;
• provide overall management of the Application;
• select and personalise the content that You use in the App, and Messages sent to You by Voxter;
• moderate the content that you post in the App. For this purpose, all necessary information, including the IP address, may be provided to a third party;
• prohibit the user to use the App at the sole discretion of Voxter if the user violates these Rules;
• send cash receipts to the user in cases stipulated by law. In this case, you consent to Voxter to transfer the data necessary for sending cash receipts to the person who will send them, to the processing of such data by this person to send you cash receipts, as well as to receive messages containing cash receipt data from such person.

2.By providing information, You consent to such use.
3.Voxter may use the obtained information for the selection of promotional materials of third parties which may be of interest to You. In this case, no information will be transmitted that allows you to identify Yourself.

1. Voxter provides and maintains Apps for your entertainment on an "as is" basis.
2. Voxter is only responsible for providing services with reasonable care and does not give any other guarantees regarding the Application.
3. In accordance with the foregoing, Voxter is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including, without limitation, direct damages, lost profits, even if they are the result of circumstances that you have notified Voxter of, and Voxter will not be obligated to pay compensation, including, but not limited to, in cases related to:

• Any inaccuracy of information in the App, as well as interruptions and delays in the provision of services;
• Violation by any person of any intellectual property rights of third parties related to the use of the Application;
• Any losses caused by the impact of viruses or other malicious software that may affect the user's software and hardware, damage data and other objects, if this was the result of accessing the Application, using the Application or receiving Messages from Voxter and its partners;
• The availability, quality, content, and nature of other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties ("third-Party sites") that are linked to in the App, as well as any actions with third-Party sites (regarding cookies, personal data, confidential information, domain name purchases, etc.). For such questions, you should contact the administrators of third-party sites;
• Access, use, and/or disclosure of any information or Messages or any materials provided by you to Voxter by unauthorised third parties;
• All warranties and obligations that are the subject of this condition.

4.Voxter does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

1. Some services and content provided in the App may be restricted to paid access that requires one-time or recurring payments.
2. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to such services and content.
3. If for any reason you decide to cancel the purchased services or content, please note that:

• for paid subscriptions with a specified period, the refund is made less the period of the actual use of the service.
• for paid content, the refund is carried out only in case of technical impossibility to access Your purchased content (the wrong format, there is no way to download the files due to poor access to the Internet, etc.)

4.In the event of any dispute Voxter and You will resolve the dispute by the RF Law "On protection of consumer rights" from 07.02.1992 № 2300-1 (Закон РФ «О защите прав потребителей» от 07.02.1992 № 2300-1).
