To use some Voxter services, programs and products (hereinafter referred to as Voxter Products), you may need to go through the registration procedure or provide Voxter personal information. Registration may be required to access certain website features or participate in promotions. The Privacy Policy explains how such information is used. Please read these Privacy Terms carefully and ask questions if necessary.

Voxter's Technical Partner is LLC "In Contact" (OGRN 1079847035179) (hereinafter referred to as the Technical Partner).

These Terms of Confidentiality of Personal information (hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Confidentiality) regulate the relationship between Voxter and any individual, individual entrepreneur, legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the User) for the processing of User's personal information (Clause 3 of Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data"), including, among other things, the collection, use, preservation and security of information provided by the User and/or collected from the User. These Privacy Terms apply to all information that Voxter and/or its affiliates or other authorized persons acting on behalf of Voxter may receive about the User during the use of any of Voxter's Products.

Please note: the use of Voxter Products means your full agreement with all the provisions of these Privacy Terms and the conditions for processing your personal information specified therein. If you do not agree to unconditionally accept all the provisions of these Privacy Terms, you have no right to use Voxter Products and must remove all their components from your computer (computer).

You acknowledge that the consent to the provision of personal information given by you in accordance with these Terms of Confidentiality in the framework of a relationship with one of the persons belonging to Voxter Group applies to all persons belonging to Voxter Group.

Within the framework of these Privacy Terms, personal information is understood as:
Information (including, but not limited to, personal data) that the User provides to Voxter independently when performing actions aimed at registering Voxter Products (including activation) or as part of their use (including creating an account, contacting support). The information is provided by filling in the appropriate forms by the User, while the amount of information provided when filling in the optional fields of these forms is determined by the User independently.
Information received automatically when using Voxter Products by the User, including from cookies (when downloading materials from Voxter sites, information about the User's system is automatically checked; when using communication tools by the User, materials and messages that he sent and received can be saved, while Voxter reserves the right to check the content of the User's communication on their websites).
Other information about the User that Voxter receives exclusively for the purposes specified in section 2 of these Privacy Terms.

The collection, storage and processing of the information specified in section 1 of these Privacy Conditions is carried out exclusively for the following specific purposes:
To identify the User when using Voxter Products;
— Voxter uses Cookies to personalize the registration of visits (including for the purpose of providing personalized services to the User) and to register User actions.
— To interact with the User within the framework of contracts or agreements concluded with Voxter.
— To improve the quality of the service by conducting surveys and interviews with the User.

Storage (including modification and deletion) of Users' personal information is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of specific Voxter Products, technical documentation for them, as well as the License Agreement for their Use.
By using Voxter Products, the User agrees and instructs Voxter to transfer his personal data to the Technical Partner for the purpose of fulfilling Voxter's obligations to provide access to Voxter Products.
Disclosure of personal information to third parties is carried out in the following cases when:
The User has expressed his consent to such disclosure in advance.
The transfer is necessary for the execution of an agreement to which the User is a party or beneficiary or guarantor, as well as for the conclusion of an agreement on the initiative of the User or an agreement under which the User will be a beneficiary or guarantor.
The transfer is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Voxter or third parties in cases where the User violates Voxter's copyrights and/or the corresponding License Agreement.
The transfer is necessary for the administration of justice, the execution of a judicial act, an act of another body or official subject to execution in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings or other cases provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
When processing personal data of users, Voxter is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".

Voxter does not initiate the posting of personal information when using Voxter Products, does not control its accuracy and relevance, however, Voxter reserves the right to require confirmation of the accuracy of the information transmitted to it by the User.
When posting (providing Voxter) personal information of third parties, the User guarantees that he has received all the necessary permissions and consents to these actions, and also guarantees the full and unconditional consent of these persons with all the provisions of these Terms of Confidentiality.
Voxter cannot maintain the confidentiality of the User's personal information, public access to which is provided by the User himself due to the functional purposes of the corresponding Voxter Product; the User agrees that when using such Products, a certain part of his personal information becomes available to an unlimited number of persons.

Voxter takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures their adoption to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions with respect to personal information, including:
Uses HTTPS encryption in Voxter Products.
Protects authorized sessions.
Constantly improves the methods of data collection, storage and processing.

To delete personal information, the User can contact the email address help@voxter.club with the subject of the email "Delete personal data", specifying your ID inside the Vox application.

These Privacy Conditions may be changed unilaterally by Voxter by posting their new version on the Internet at https://Voxter.club/privacy/.
